How can I buy my partner out of our mortgage?

Please help...
I have a mortgage with my ex partner. Our house is worth £185k and we have £96k left on our mortgage. We have 11 years left.
When we ok the mortgage out I remortgaged my other house for the deposit of £32k. I pay that mortgage back obviously there's interest incurred.
Where do I stand with figures and the mortgage company?
I really don't want to lose my house.

Need some more details.
Which house are you living in, which one of you is moving out, is the other house let and if so at what value, rent and mortgage and what are your earnings.
