Call credit discharge date

Hi
Ive received my CRFs from equifax and call credit, still waiting for experian, so I can start the cleanup process.
I looked at the BR info on call credit report and they have my discharge date as 8/9/12, even though I was given ED back in March.
The equifax report has the correct date.
How do I go about getting this changed, do I contact CC or is it the OR that I should tell?
