can anyone help.
i have a target life endowment and have asked to surrender it 3 weeks ago and i still havent recieved my money
i have been in touch with abbey life and they have said they need a deed of resignment from halifax, what a laugh ive never been with hailfax!
does anyone now about these endowments

Apparantly, your policy was assigned (probably from the start) to Halifax or one of the companies which is owned by HBOS.
Abbey Life are correct in checking with Halifax to see if the assingnment is still required before releasing the funds to you. If Halifax confirm there is no longer any interest in the policy, AL will release the funds to you.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
