I'm going ot have to resist the temptation to bombard you with questions of 'how did you..!' but just trying to figure out doing the bridesmaid boxes and just wondering where you got the boxes from and how you did the 'bridesmaids schedule' bit? thank you! x

Ooh - you are a beautiful bride MrsShopper!

Yourphotographer has done a great job. The pew pom poms look fab - are these famous pom poms? I was going to ask where you got/how you made them.

Where did you get the cute engraved compact mirrors?

Ooh, you are more than welcome to bombard me. :D I had a lot of fun making the various bits and pieces, so happy to pass on what I learned along the way.

The bridesmaid boxes were A5 gift boxes from The Tiny Box Company - £1.85 each (+p&p). I filled the base of the boxes with silver shredded tissue paper from eBay. One 42 gram bag was just enough to line four A5 boxes.

I designed** the 'Bridesmaids schedule' in Adobe InDesign (though you could use Word or Publisher if you don't have this). I printed them on A5 and trimmed in half to be A6. (** aka shamelessly borrowed from this design)

The gifts fit in the remaining A6 space and were very MSE. The Calvin Klein make-up was a steal from Fragrance Direct (£2 per item). The engraved mirrors were £9.95 each, from Daniels Direct, which I found on eBay.

Sitting underneath the mirror, I also had an 'emergency' kit for each BM: 'party feet'-style insoles (£1 for two pairs in Poundland), Scholl blister plasters (split two boxes, £1 per box from Bodycare), Ms Manicure mini nail file/buffer set (Poundland), tiny ribbon-tied bunches of hair grips and safety pins (Poundland), and two paracetamol (from my own stash), all packed neatly in a transparent business card holder from eBay and tied with a ribbon.

I then tied the gift boxes with 25mm silver organza/satin ribbon and attached a brooch, which I bought from Imagine DIY and the Handcrafted Card Company - around £1.50 each.

In total, each filled gift box came to about £25 per BM.

BabyBoots, they were indeed the famous Martha Stewart pom poms. :D I posted a bit of info on them a while back here.
