Blemain say my payment is late but its on time

Hi, I hope some one can help me, I have a secured loan with Blemain Finance, my monthly payments are £162.63 plus £50 agreed arrears payment. my arrears are £495. my payments are due on the 7th of the month and I pay these on-line through Blemain's secure payment web-site. My payments have been on time to the day for the last 6 months but every month I receive a letter saying my payment is late and I have breached the court order and these letters are always dated the 7th of the month- my payment date- and I receive them 2 days later. Last month I wrote to them and sent in copies of my receipts whijh I printd off from their e-mail which they sent me to confirm my payments but never received a reply. Today I have received another letter saying court order breached and my arrears say they have gone up to £657.63 which is my arrears amount plus a monthly repayment amount. I am now getting concerned about this and dont know what to do for the best any ideas would be much appreciated thanks.

Your payments are due cleared into their account on 7th, paying on 7th means the payment may not be cleared until 8th - 10th. You needed to pay earlier.

Thanks for that I did wonder if that was the case, but I thought mistakenly now I realise that if it said the 7th on the receipt then the payment is on time.

I had a similar problem and after many calls to Blemain with their email proof that I'd paid on the due date via their Internet paysite, they went away, but I was not and am not in arrears any more.
Perhaps that is what makes the difference
