Another "be wary".

Your entitlement to JSA is in doubt if the employer states it is your fault that they dismissed you - eg that you refused a reasonable work request.

I think I am gonna try this tomorrow, it'll either work or it won't, If not I'll be making it clear that I'll be getting out at the first opportunity.

I think you will be pleasantly suprised, any decent boss/supervisor apprieciates constant feedback to keep the workforce happy. most people will just suffer in silence but this hurts them and the company as well.

Just talk to them as a person... don't go in all guns blazing. I like to take the ..."boss i need your advice on something" route.... bosses be liking giving advice...hehe
