Hi,
I'm planning on getting a joint buy-to-let mortagage with my partner for property, but we live at different addresses. I have been told that in order to take a joint mortagage we need to be at the same address. Is that correct?

No you don't need to be at the same address, however maybe you should think about seeing a solicitor to clearly state what shares you both have in the property should things not work out the way you hope with the relationship. I have just learnt a very exspensive lesson this way.
