Hi everyone,

was wondering if anyone can help? I got through topcashback when I buy bits off the net and when I switch any utilities. Well we switched to Npower just after new year and you got £41 cashback for switching to them... And it is still only in the confirmed stages. How can I go about getting the £41 to be payable... We have made 4 monthly payments to them now. It has been confirmed for months now...........

We last received a payment from this merchant during May 2012, for transactions in December 2011.


So it should become "payable" very soon, they have confirmed it, now Topcashback are just waiting for the money from Npower, then it will show as payable!!

Was thinking we were never going to get it. Know that it can take a while for it to become payable, but this is the longest I have had to wait for a payment. Its the bigest cashback payout I have ever had, so I didn't want to miss out on it.

okay no problemo. Some companies are much quicker than others, I have been waiting over a year for some! What I find that I do get the money in the end, its just very slow sometimes!!
