Best thing to light candles

Hi all,
I use candles to freshen up my house and, as many of them come in jars, I now have a few that are so near the bottom of the jar that I can't light them with a lighter or a match. I recall that my Mam used to use things called spillsto light hers but can't find them or anything like them anywhere.
Does anyone have any idea of either where I can buy something or what I cn use?
Thanks

They are still used in labs all the time for lighting bunsen burners. Had a quick google but, surprisingly, they are nowhere to be found. Really odd! Hope someone comes along with an answer!
