hi all just need some advice on getting some things on my credit file changed. First it say my ex wife is connected with me (had a joint account now closed). Sadley i have a ccj from welcome finance and have just under 7k to pay (stupid mistake about 4 years ago), however it does not say anywhere i have a payment plan. My virgin media and o2 contract are no where to be seen even though I have never missed a payment.
Do they only put bad things about you on the file or are they ment to put good aswell?
thanks

You need to submit a notice of disassociation with each CRA to get rid of your ex's name. There are details how to do this on each CRA's website.
A CCJ entry wouldn't show whether you have a payment plan or not.
As for Virgin and O2; have you checked your file with all 3 agencies? Not all creditors report to all 3.0
