I just placed an order for £114, hopefully half of it's going back! I got a pair of tan 'Sesame' lace up boots for my flatmate's birthday present down to £19 :j Then also got a pair of the same in black in my size just to try on, some doc marten lookalikes called Stud, grey heels called Anyway and some £19 sensible black interview/ work shoes

Good luck with this one. I made an order this morning for 3 items, all still showing as in stock on the site now but have received an email stating OOS. Spoke to CS and they informed me that the web site doesn't update in real time and this being the first day of the sale things are going OOS very quickly and haven't yet been taken off the site. Very disappointing TBH.

Even if the intention was financially driven, the manner and courtesy is certainly to be appreciated.

I would agree that price and value are very different.
