6. There are 10 prizes of €2,012 (£1,746 in UK) available to be won instantly. Winning packs contain a winning ticket with details of how to claim. Claims are subject to a full verification process and winners must keep their wrapper and winning ticket in order to claim their prize.
7. Winning packs have been independently seeded at random and therefore a prize may not be available in each of the product variants included in this promotion. All prizes will be available to be won.
8. There are an additional 2,012 prizes to be won online. To enter, simply find the unique code printed inside your KIT KAT ‘Cross Your Fingers’ promotional pack, register at https://www.facebook.com/kitkatuk and enter the code. A Facebook account is required to enter online.
9. Online prizes include; 10 prizes of €2,012 (£1,746 in UK) and 2,002 prizes of €20.12 (£17.46 in UK). Stirling equivalent based on exchange rate as of 27.09.12.
10. Online prizes have been pre-allocated and linked to ‘winning moments’, which have been randomly pre-selected via a secure, independently verified computer system.
11. Winners of the online prizes will be notified immediately via an on-screen pop-up message at time of win, and by an email within 1 working day of prize verification.
12. When registering for the promotion the following information will be required: email address, title, first and last name, date of birth, county, country and postcode. In the event that the specified information is not provided, the entry will be considered incomplete and therefore invalid.
13. Registered contact details will be used to verify the postal address to which the winner's prize will be sent. 16. The codes have no value and cannot be transferred or sold.
17. No entrant can use their computer to enable multiple entries, (e.g. by use of ‘script’ or ‘brute force’). In this event that person's entry will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
18. Winning claims from online entry are subject to a full verification process and winners should retain their wrapper in order to claim their prize.
19. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries or claims that are lost, damaged or delayed, nor any associated costs to entrants.
20. Prizes are as specified and are non-transferable. Prizes will be issued in the form of a cheque made payable to the registered winner.
