Im in reatail. Second year was poor because it was just tough. The last year we attacked it from the back end cutting costs and inventory etc. Its hard to up the turnover. Which is 400K per year at lowest.

There must be some way to get a mortgage with a solid deposit. Not too bothered about the fee and rate.

    Thanks all

Also I must add that I am the sole director of my LTD Company. I also get 7K a year in wages. The reason I say that I am self employed is because this is how the brokers tell me I will be judged. How much difference is there between owning 100% share of a LTD CO to being "self employed?

Have you heard of Aldemore? backed by Morgan stanley.

Yes I have. Use them myself. Though not for mortgages.

    A tiddler amongst banking giants.

Underwriters would need to take a close look at your Company accounts to understand the business better. Profit by itself tells little.

Thats sounds good.. I have fully audited accounts ready to go. hopefully they will see that £1100 a month odd isnt an issue for me. I have been paying maximum £850 into an isa for years aswell but its not taxable but it shows there's spare £ per month.
