Questions re BRO/U

HI
I have accepted an undertaking on a BRO prior to my AD early 2013. I understand the restrictions that exist prior to AD and after AD. i. no credit £500. MP etc ec.
However I do have a couple of questions and would be glad if anyone could clarify them for me.
1) Currently not under any IPA due to illness and not working at present ( hope this will change). After AD and under BRO/U can IPA still be applied?
2) After AD and under BRO/U will I still have to report any changes in any income.
3) Should I ever be lucky enough to receive any windfall would this remain mine.
Thank you for your help. Even with a BRO?u which I fully accept I feel so much better in myself since BR. Not been easy and is still hard but was the right thing for me to do- even OR agreed I did right thing and should possibly have done it way before I did.
