Debt Company U-turn..Can they do it?

i have been in a debt management plan with greg penn now for 12 months just had my balances as i asked for them to see if my debts were reducing ..................they have hardly moved and the balances on some are higher than when first started .......im gutted yes the phone and letters have stopped but im no better off a year on please advise
