Quick question guys, with an IPA if you are discharged but you have a payrise does the ipa change in line with your salary? What if you're discharged and get a bonus?

yes you will continue to report changes to income for the whole of the IPA period and they will change the IPA based on your incomeHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.
Please note that any views i put forth are not those of my former employer The Insolvency Service and do not constitute professional advice, you should always seek professional advice before entering insolvency proceedings.0 -

And presumably your expenditure - e.g. if I have an agreed IPA and move to a rented property with much cheaper rent, then they would adjust the IPA accordingly?0 -
Thanks debt info just wanted to check what the procedure is. If I got a bonus after discharge as a one off does that get taken?0
