Minicredit missing loan need advice ASAP....

Hi,
I'm currently in the process in dealing with the company minicredit.co.uk. I will post the main communications shortly just need help on what I need to do at this moment of time.
Main issue is the company is saying they've paied a loan into my ac and have started charging interest yet my bank says no funds have been transferred. What do I do?
My emails have been replied to once I started taking about the OFT and stoping the DD but we are going in circles.
