I`ve just gone into form search (green toolbar above where it says that you are logged in and put in "zest thermacare") and it was jambodaveprince who posted the competition. If you do the same and click on the OP`s name it gives you the option to send a message.
Well done by the way and hope you don`t have to use your prize too often!

Congrats, I got them too, keeping the back one for next month when I go into labor, My poor hubby was being sent to go wet a facecloth with hot water for my back about every ten minutes with my last baby because it was all that would seem to help (had bad back pain because the baby was laying wrong)
