Mine always arrive when I am AWAY and either sit there , wilting , on Royal Mail shelf or on my doorstep after my neighbour takes them in!

I've had quite a few die on me now as they do need immediate care on arrival and I'm always away at my families home

Will see if mine are DEAD as a doornail when I go home on SATURDAY! lol

Mine have not arrived. I emailed cancelling the order on 3rd August saying they had not arrived by promised date of end of July.

I got an email back saying

Thank you for your email.

I am sorry to hear you have changed your mind and no longer wish to proceed with your order.

I can confirm that I have successfully cancelled your order and that your refund has been processed to the card used for the original payment. This should show on your card statement within the next few days.

I hope you will consider us for your gardening requirements in the future. We’ll be happy to help.

Bl@@dy cheek, they let you down then infer you are cancelling the order just because you have changed your mind.

I had lots of delayed orders last year and plants that died after a couple of days as they were in bad condition when they arrived. I gave it another go as it was p&p only but won't bother again since the P&P is usually more than the plants would cost at a local shop anyway.

this code says it works till the end of sept - and the site is still saying 36 FREE* Lavender plants for every reader – worth £20.97 - 36 plants
*just pay postage...BUT when i click through it's charging £4.90 plus £4.95 postage?

They were also just under an inch tall when they arrived - today, 12 days later, they are about 2 inches each in their individual pots.

One didn't make it but everything else looks good. Tbh, for a fiver I am well chuffed -- they will be a delightful addition to the garden next spring and they grow ever so fast.

Just ordered from the mail shop thanks, Thompson and Morgan regularly get offers wrong!
