25k loan to go travelling

What sort of trip are you planning that will cost £25k? Certainly not the type that most young people would consider.
As you are young then you should be able to work hard at whatever jobs you can get to save sufficient to travel on a young person's budget - and get away while you are still young.
So yes, it is a stupid idea.loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.0 -
Must be a bored child pushing buttons, evidently not a serious question!0

Why don't you just take out multiple payday loans, up to 25k, then when you get back just declare bankruptcy? Job done!
Next question please....0 -

Why's that? Do loan companies cross-refer to MSE whilst vetting loan applications? I'm interested.0 -

its probably more to do with the fact that any loan company willing to lend 25k will expect the recipient of said money to be employed, in a real job, earning a real salary. Basic English is a must.0 -
JoshBee why start these troll threads? We laughed you off when you started a thread about wanting to borrow 7k for a Vaux Insignia.
Are you bored?0 -

I have just finished reading this thread, teary-eyed and feel like such a numpty for trying to save to fund my BMus and finally a MA in Music Therapy. How stupid am I to think that aiming to pay up front for my education is a sensible idea?
JoshBee, I sincerely thank you for this epiphany - I am now off to Wonga for some quick fix dosh.0 -
Judging by this and his other threads JoshBee25 should change his name to "Cloudcuckooland"0

A-ha! I did wonder... I think I've seen a similar thread elsewhere on here on a very similar subject under a different user name.
JoshBee - haven't you got enough money to pay for a girlfriend? I'm sure you'd find that much more fun. Be sure to use contraception though...
