interest rate over next 2 years

does anyone see it going down at all?
gonna start a new mortgage deal next month at 5.6% fixed for 2 years.
i dont think i dare go for a capped deal
anyone any thoughts

Nowadays, Interests are not fixed. Mostly floating rates are used. :beer:

A month ago done 5 years fixed for 5.18%

My friend changes every 2 years - but then again he didnt think rates would go about 4% a few years back!
