Cabot Financial

Hi

Got a strange letter from them this evening thanking me for my full and final settlement payment which they have received and advising that my credit file would be identified as satisfied.

However, I have been completely debt free for 18 months. I know all I need to do is ignore it, but this debt was paid a few years ago, in fact, as I had forgotten to cancel my standing order, they had to send money back!

Any reason why they would suddenly write to me?
