Santander and the financial ombudsman

Hi,

Some help required please.....

Last year I had an issue with obtaining a refund from Santander about unauthorised tranactions on my account, which wasn't resolved and thus I took the complaint to the ombudsman at the end of January.

Whilst I understand that they are busy, it has been nearly 5 months and my case still hasn't made it to an adjudicator. Am getting really frustrated and would appreciate any advice to try to get this resolved ASAP
