Is she an 'old' 60 or a trendy young '60'

I have friends/family who are both

What about a big picture frame with lots of apertures that yo could put lots of old family pictures in it.

Your nan will value your time much higher than any gift,
Take her shopping (apparently women like that) and buy her a bit of posh lunch/coffee & cake (go upmarket). Take a camera and get some stranger to snap you together, preferably laughing, and get the photo framed.

I am 60 this year and would love it if I could spend a whole day with my grandchildren. Maybe you could take her out for afternoon tea somewhere it does not have to cost a lot.
