Bryan Carter & (No) Co

About 3 years or so, Bryan Carter & Co went to Central London County Court to get a CCJ applied to me.
When I received the associated documentation through the post, I must admit, I paniced and completed the court documentation (without chalenging the CCJ claim) and stated that I wanted to pay what "owed" to Bryan Carter & Co in installments.
But roll forward up to this present day and reading various articles of people who have dealt with likes of Bryan Carter & Co et al, I have soon realised that I should have requested a CCA to ensure that they had "legimiately" purchased the "debt" with an original signature etc to make the debt deemed being enforcable.
The long and short of it is....
1. Can I write to Bryan Carter & Co (even up to now) and ask them to provide a CCA in relation to the account which will put it in dispute.
2. If they cannot provide adequate proof of the debt that they purchased, will there be grounds of my CCJ to be set aside?
Thanks for your assitance in advance.
