    I know she had a bad night last night with Alan so I don't know if she's around tonight. Maybe having an early one

    Wheres fudge_cake? I don't think she has started one and has been a great contributor recently and been very supportive. In the absence of 3dogs....FQ....or celebrate, then I reckon cupcake would be an excellent choice.

    Failing that I'll give the Pope a ring :rotfl:

    The chicken fillet is 235 calories. Mushrooms and veggies don't count so all in all a good day as far a healthy diet is concerned
