We were all for visiting Croatia a while ago too.

We might be forced to holiday in the Eurozone this year for various reasons, but it will have to be All Inclusive so we can actually afford the food.

I hope all this ends soon - must be a nightmare for everyone in the countries affected, they can't even afford to eat, nurses aren't getting paid etc. Someone has got to make a decision and the German chiefs wont allow that until at least the next election (next year?). Wish someone would let the people take back control of their economies, one size does not fit all

Just managed to catch up once again.:)
Nothing much up report, nipped into Mr A's whilst OH was at the doctors and managed to get some more of the reduced items.
Got 5 x jars of OEP garlic salsa for 30p each
The micro egg fried rice had been reduced to 25p (only took a few and there was plenty left)
Discovery seasoning reduced to 15p
Refried beans 30p.
These were not on shelves in usual area. They were on a cage near back of the store, near the rest of dry reduced goods.

Sorted out one of my storage cupboards was surprised at how much I have manage store away. Is there anyone that could not find any of the iron cleaning cloths from ages ago?

Its all thanks to you guys. Would not know what to look for if it was not for all your contributions to this thread. :T

I'm back... put DS to bed and touch wood he seems a lot better. Hope he sleeps through the night and is well enough for nursery tomorrow.

I'm going to have an early night tonight, hope to be in bed for 1030pm and I'm guessing someone (3 dogs :j) will do the new thread and I'll miss the start of it yet again!! So happy new thread if it's done in my absence :T:T

Edit to my post: DS just started crying and moaning and I thought (oh no, I spoke too soon". Turns out it was a bad dream and he's gone back off to sleep - phew.

I was walking down the whoopsie aisle tonight and I could hear this real quiet cry............"heeeeeeeelp, heeeeeeeelp....." I had no idea where it was coming from and looked around but this quiet muffled "heeeeeelp heeeeeelp continued.

Finally I had a rummage around the fruit and veg and beneath a big pile of bags of salad leaves was these still shaking and crying..........
