    A very kind gesture.

Does anyone know if you can buy Advocate flea/worm treatment for dogs online without a vet prescription. My vet charges for the prescription so defeats the object of buying online to save some money.

just checked the site i use and you need a prescription, medium size dog is about £13 http://www.bestpet.co.uk/setSessionLocale/product?product_id=17&newLocale=en_GB
also 10% off code on home page
are you sure you vet charges for the prescription

Step 1. Obtain a prescription from your
    vet
Your vet is legally obliged to write out a prescription for your
pet's medication upon request. If you already have a valid vet prescription, *
please right your order number in the top right corner and send it to us by by
email or post. If you don't have a vet prescription yet then you can download a
    blank Prescription Form here which
must be filled in and signed by your vet before posting to us.

But the voucher CLEARLY shows £20?

At the bottom if you check it shows ** To a maximum of £10.

Apparently they're not bringing in the new T&C's until they launch it with full comms "in a few weeks", so they're still accepting and generating vouchers with a vaule of more than £10.

  • Thanks to replies earlier, I did managed to buy a £25 gift card with other shopping and use it towards my qualifying spend.
The only problem now is when I tried to spend the gift card it says theres no money on it. My receipt from tesco says there is £25 and is fully activated. I'll have to wait until tomorrow to phone head office.

It sometimes takes 2-3 days for the card to be loaded.

Not sure about Tesco's GC, but there was a time when i bought Sainsbury Gift card for my sis and the value wasn't added until about 48 hours later.
