Slow but sure, just off now for a walk & jog with DS;)

Slow and steady wins the race :)

One of the best feelings in the world is running a long distance and breaking through the wall (I think that's what they call it) when you feel fine. It's odd feeling to have ran 8 miles and feel like you've just started  not out of breath etc.. :)

Now it looks like hugs are needed. I've got congratulatory hugs, commiseratory ( is that a proper word?) hugs, sympathetic hugs, pink hugs, squidgy hugs, 'well done' hugs and 'I just need a hug' hugs. Please take what you need from them with an extra night night hug from me. You are all marvellous people, sharing, helpful, knowledgeable, supportive and kind, and it makes me proud to be an Elite.:D

I'll just take the great big "sorry that the end of your finger looks dead" one. :(

The steristrips came off by accident on Sunday but it had been a week couldn't get any anywhere so settled for boots ones which are rubbish & its taken me over half an hour gently coaxing them off & finger doesn't look too clever :.... (

If you have 5, it will take £3.50 off irrespective of the reduced price. So if they are marked down to 70p they are free, and anything below that then you will be getting money off your shopping. Very often these are marked down by 90%, so 25p each, 5 is £1.25, then takes £3.50 off :) Now includes the indian range, so more scope for these double discount whoopsies :)

Last question I promise, can you mix Indian and Tapas? Thanks so much!
