In view of what today is I thought this might appeal to some of you dads

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

he has since jumped out of the same window twice more.:mad:My old cat used to regularly do a "spidercat" get out of the bedroom window and walk down the wall
And thats why cats have nine lives is it? My old 'boy' was never that athletic he was lazy and would only use the door :rotfl:There's no place like home

Afternoon
Rubbish trip to T this afternoon
Went to check another nearby store not my local
Went armed with my price flop and MAM vouchers but all that they had was the dried bacon pieces which i agree do look dodgy. What could you use these for ?
I could not bring myself to buy these even with the thought of them taking money off my bill :eek::eek:
Will have to try my local after work tommorrow. The chunky bacon pieces are very nice in rolls and sarnies. I am going to try the sausage slices in a pasta tommorrow, Has anyone tried these yet.
We will be able to compile a book soon, MSE 1001 things to do with MAM products.
What do other people make with theirs ?0 -

For those who got their new personalised Barclays debit card or have received a new debit/credit card recently
Don't forget to order your free Graze box....oh....and don't forget the £1 cashback. Remember to cancel future deliveries when you get the box; takes 30 seconds (that's if you want to cancel).

Got my box earlier today and the £1 cashback is tracking. You can repeat this every 3-4 months as Graze delete you card details after this period of time.
Don't know how maany times I've done this now.:cool::eek::o
Karlie what was the significance of the new barclays card ?? Did I miss something please0 -

French_Knickers wrote: »Can we all just be a litttle thoughtful when doing this please. Handing over so many identical coupons leaves us wide open to a good trouting. I got one yesterday. 9 items and 15 coupons....SA wasn't having a bar of it and would only scan 9.
I have SA's that I know will beep anything that scans but I don't want to risk them getting into trouble for taking tons of them in one go as thats not nice and could also result in them getting retrained in coupon acceptance.
A few at a times would be a more prudent approach I think. Just sayin
Couldn't agree with this more. Well said.I've heard about that time. Sounded like a really good period for you all.
Unfortunately, I hadn't come across this site at the time.
But I've certainly learned a lot over the past couple of years.
Just have a feeling that the same might happen here. If one supermarket giant officially stops accepting coupons then the rest may follow.
Martin Lewis has such a powerful influence...I mean look at his recent TV appearance/weekly email. How many of us have noticed bigger crowds around the whooopsied sections lately? His 30-step guide to cheaper shopping also promotes couponing.
The worrying thing is that coupon fraud is rising too and sadly, that will mean we'll all lose out. I honestly think it's a matter of time 'til we'll see supermarkets stop accepting them.
It is indeed rising that's for sure.
I don't think they will stop them! Actually the opposite:eek: I'm sure tesco will start sending more personalize vouchers/coupons through their mobile app in the future plus post.
However I do think they will tighten up if someone hands over 20 coupons for 12 items etc..
Slow and steady wins the race:)0 -
