Used the cooked meat one today against 3 sausages and it scanned OK (had to get the MAM vouchers redeemed at CS though :eek:)
Do the make a meal scan without needing authorisation with any of the make a meal products? Surely there must be something that the voucher scans against that would be free combining make a meal and price flop!;)

Have you read the thread in the money savers arms where they were being harassed by a debt collection agency, it had me crying.

ventured in to the city to Mr A's this morning. Managed to get 4 trays after asking at bakery.

Also got overcharged on A's 3 pack cat milk. should be £1.35, charged £1.48. Had to ask for gift card but got it. Might be the same in other stores.

Wombled a receipt as well so not a bad shop.

Out of interest where are you finding the make a meal stuff at T's? tried 3 stores and not seen any! Many thanks.
Hi they are with all the cooked pre-packed meats ham etc. I got several free today :D:j:jI just had the chilli beef wasn't very tasty too much chilli so couldn't taste that it was beef but can't complain it was free. Hubby loves the pulled beef though. I had lots of the GF mocs but had to pick up a few price flops & sit in the car cutting them out then go back into store to start shopping. Lots of the cooler bags stacked up next to the fridges today so picked up a few ;) Don't think sa was too impressed with the amount of mocs after he put them all through & said the balance to pay I started to get my jtd's out he said "you haven't got anymore vouchers have you!" bless him:A £52+ but after mocs & jtds £1.20 :T:T:T
Hope QPR & Tweets enjoying the footy & hope everyone got some sun today it was lovely here.

    Tesco Chip Shop Curry Burgers
Found these rank sounding burgers in the fresh meat isle in Tesco Cradley Heath, marked down from £2 to just 35p. Picked up 4 packs, they had loads left for some reason.
They also had Baked Bean flavour too but (un)fortunately they were still at full price.

    Just told F.K as he's in Cr@d£ey :)

Afternoon folks, thanks purdita, well this has just swung it for me.
I'm going to use my WHSmith gift cards to buy a Kobo!:T

I've got the Vox which is great if you want to go online, also makes it quicker to download books straight onto it rather than via a laptop.....but it isn't as good as the ordinary kobo wireless if you just want it as an ereader. The screen isn't good for reading in direct sunlight and the battery life is a lot shorter.
There is a big difference in the price too. I like my Vox though :)
My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.

but just incase not,I got some Colgate toothpaste in Sainsbobs today 75ml for 25p :) sel had this price up they are reduced to clear as they are in the very old style packaging used to celebrate the jubilee I think
They were in the normal aisle and on an end of display.

also in A's they were giving out the Kingsmill trays for free at the end of checkouts! :) only the 'loaf of hope and glory' one she said the others had all gone (well they were the nicer ones so no surprise there really)

thats all I've got I'm afraid
