Actually no, you are wrong and its been confirmed by HO many times.
SEL said 49.99...you was overcharged by 30 and refunded 30 (by law) and given 30 as a way of apology. So you actually paid 49.99
Of course tesco being tesco, you could get pretty much anything back but thats the official HO line on the matter and came direct from CEO's office.0 -

It was me found the saver stamps and haven't done anything as didn't know what they were. It was £3 worth of stamps but not sure which store my little one wombles them at. Is it really so bad to not hand in £3. If you guys found a £5 note in the bushes would you hand it in ?0 -
