    Back from hols in far east to this lovely weather. hope all members are well. yesterday done my first shop since being home tried to use the £1 off sausage deal It would not work so after 10mins being passed around I told them they can keep there b..... sausage. Another interesting point I bought some B&H cigs in the duty free shop in Doha £10,50 for a carton of 200 I tried to sell them for £30 in my local but not one taker I could have sold a couple of single packs for £3 but that would have left me the job of getting rid the other single packs I just cant believe any one would not take up my offer consider they cost about £68 per carton in the U.K. My next chore is a bit of house cleaning before the family return tomorrow

    Isnt this illegal??????????? :eek::eek::eek:

    Hello FK
    How r u tonight?
    No that doesn't help btw but thanks for the information!
    I think the card of mine that yielded a till spit was def one I dug out of the bottom if my stash of cards!!!! The others that I use more regularly ( and I have to say probably overused over the last few days) got me nowt

    The one I used was my usual card. I do have one or two that I'll swipe and see if they yield anything. Worth keeping our eyes down on a walk around the car park me thinks! :)

    afternoon peeps :)

    catching up (15 pages to go!)... but am planning APG & PC lists as well!

    Just noticed the 4 pack 500ml Lucozade Sport Lite are on offer 2 for £5.....only £2 each at A....so £2 for 8 bottles (after price check) is a pretty good deal if you drink the stuff!
    hoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!

    23 year old in a crime hot spot (manchester- riots). Up there with tottenham? my little car is 1250 and i'm old (35)

    The insurance isn't as bad you think.

    I'm female :D, I'll add some more experienced drivers on my policy (frequent, mad, celebrate, MrsBartolozzi :cool::rotfl::cool:), my employment status will have changed from 'full time medical student' to 'doctor' and I'll search to get the best cashback deal.

    Haggling also works. In the past, I've phoned insurance companies saying I've got a quote for £1000 with another company...'can ya beat that?' is what I say to them. :cool:

    They often beat another company's quote...I then repeat this with the other insurance company.

    :eek:

    Shall I post it on the grabbit board? Or PM Martin Lewis?
