Exchange tokens have no cash value, no change given, are valid until 23.59pm on 19th June 2012 and must be used in conjunction with your Clubcard.

I have heard of people re exchanging them cause they were unable to use them. speak to tesco clubcard customer services

  • This is so not my day, the washing is almost all dry in the dryer and now the bleeding sun is coming out

I hate wasting money on the dryer, it costs so much to use it nowadays.

Weather forecasters should be shot when they get it wrong :rotfl:

Or better still made to pay my electricity I had to use

Well, Mr 3Dogs has had a better night :j He got up, had his breakfast and meds, and went back to bed but he is talking about going down to the cafe later so that's good :j :j

REDFOX - hope you can allow these advisory posts as they are just confirming what Alan is doing anyway ;) :iloveyou:
total agreement with celebrate on all this. also the codeine might make him feel abit woosy. another good thing to know is that increased codeine could make him more constipated so asking gp about upping fibrogel or starting on lactulose or something similar might be a good idea. sending u both hugs mr and mrs 3dogs you are a total shining example of true love to us all xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Thanks for that Blondynurse. I will increase his OptiFibre as I know much of the pain can be from constipation
Morning Mr and Mrs 3Dogs hope today brings sunshine, and laughter to you both. You really are an amazing couple.

As my Dad got more and more pills my sister managed to get the very large week pill boxes, i will ask her where she got them from. Also mum had a spread sheet inside the kitchen cupboard so she could tick off what was given, and when Dad started on the oral morphine she could register that too. this was helpful to the doctors and nurses to monitor pain relief. This also helps you as you have so many things to remember it is good to have it logged.
I will get back to you later once i spoken to my sister.

    Sending you massive hugs:)

Someone on my diary has said that Boots do a large section container so will be checking that one out when I can get into town. But would still appreciate your info too. Thanks petal, and I love the idea of a spreadsheet to tick off, and will put the time that meds were taken as we find that we have yet to settle into a pattern for this, and I know that is important too

Right, back to catching up from post 2481

I bought some cadbury's chocolate from Sainsburys for my Dad yesterday.
When I got home I noticed that the 230g bar is now a 200g bar

So I went in Tesco and they still had the 230g version so I bought those and the others are going back to Sainsburys.

It's not that long ago that these were 250g bars :(
