No hun, life goes on ...... the show must go on ;)

Ooooh, you got a reaction from that one Mad      He's laughing now though, especially after I read out the duck joke and the Noah/God one too :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

He was then telling me about hearing a noise this afternoon and thinking it was me typing on here  but wwhen he looked out it was actually, in his wwords, "a big beautiful snail with a thrush in it's mouth, banging it on the stones" :rotfl: :rotfl: I think he's losing his marbles ...... and that's without the morphine ;)

Yes, the Macmillan Nurse was on holiday but she is ringing when she gets back to arrange a visit. The visit from GP today was for a meds review hun, and he will come back in two weeks to do another. Thanks hun :A

Mr 3Dogs was feeling a bit better and got up to have some supper - pukka pie bought with moc and losing me some of my JTD :o:o. He is in better form and having a laugh now. It is important that he does get through these 'down' times, as they are as important as the 'up' times. After all, how do you know what is 'up' if you've never been 'down' and it is essential too that he shows his doubts and depression and not hide it from me. As I said, we are in this together :kisses2:

Thanks for all the good wishes and hugs, I feel all squashed now :A :A

Morning Mr and Mrs 3Dogs hope today brings sunshine, and laughter to you both. You really are an amazing couple.

As my Dad got more and more pills my sister managed to get the very large week pill boxes, i will ask her where she got them from. Also mum had a spread sheet inside the kitchen cupboard so she could tick off what was given, and when Dad started on the oral morphine she could register that too. this was helpful to the doctors and nurses to monitor pain relief. This also helps you as you have so many things to remember it is good to have it logged.
I will get back to you later once i spoken to my sister.

    Sending you massive hugs:)

    Sorry but I can't match your sums/figures

If you were to buy 3 in Ts @ 78p each then your total would be £2.34

Compare £2.34 with As price of £1.50 means you would get a JTD of £0.84 back

If you have a £1 price flop then what you pay is £1.34. Getting a JTD back of £0.84 would mean your total spend was just 50p or approx 17p a pot

But isn't the price flop for 50p off wys £2??????

If so that would mean your spend of £2.34 would now be reduced to £1.84. You'd still get a JTD of £0.84, so your total spend becomes £1 so price per pot is now 33p

The easiest way to think about this is - if Ts will match the price in As AND let you use a coupon then it's the same as going to As and using the coupon there (£1 coupon makes total spend 50p, which is As price less £1 coupon. 50p coupon makes total spend £1, which is As price less 50p coupon)

You may well be right it was late i'd already edited it twice, i knew i shouldn't have posted it, i had a feeling it was wrong.:(

watching father dowling and then i'm off to sainsbob before more revising. thanks for mentioning the boots last night, it reminded me to look on the boots website for a pair of fitflop. They are 75% in the when it's gone section. Mostly my size is out of stock but i did find a pair for the winter. They say that they were nearly 200 quid before, hard to believe i know but if you buy them in season. they really are.

Morning all! Feels weird without Westie greeting us early!

I managed to get a few reductions last night at 5pm too - I think it was because the weather was so bad and the football was on! I wished I could have popped back later as they had just cooked 2 shelves full of chicken, but I wasnt feeling too great last night.

Hope you all have a good day! (And special ((HUGS)) to mrs and mr 3Dogs!) xxx
