Oops pressed submit before I'd finished....
anyway, I'm sorry I've not been keeping up so I don't know what's what with everyone on the thread - except Greenfingers ducklings and dinner set! :D
So I'm afraid I will just have to say a general "Hope you're all ok" especially to fudgecake and 3dogs/Mr3dogs. I also briefly spied that QPR had hurt her finger so hope you're ok and healing well.

I will catch up at some point but for now I just wanted to share some news... we had the second part of the inquest today - it went very well and without saying too much the coroner ruled natural causes but noted serious issues with care given etc.

He said he strongly recommends we pursue our case and he'd be doing the same if in our situation. He was impressed with all the work we had done and he said it's a shame that many others have no family to do this for them or that for some it's just too much.
He also said my Grandad would be so proud of us for fighting this case :A

I really do hope he's smiling down on us now, I've not really stopped crying since, even though it's a good thing about the verdict it's also hard to know that someone else agrees there were failings, I feel a sense of relief but also a sudden feeling of loss all over again.

Anyway, i'm sorry for rambling on but I needed to get that out and you've been so supportive towards me.
I'm sorry I've been so lame at keeping up with the thread and for rambling on when I know there are others with so many more problems.

{{{{Hugs}}}} to all those in need xx

Here's my story for this afternoon; in frequent-esque narration:

    Price check in.

    Shoes on.

    Go to Tesco.

    Pizza/BJ/GB in basket.

Spot 8 pack cherry bakewells; goes in to basket.

    Find best non-trout SA.

Smile at SA; general chit chat with SA = building a rapport. :D

    SA scans items.

Total £6.30. SA comments on the good deal. I go :).

    Hand over coupons.

    SA scans them elegantly.

    Total to pay £0.52.

Drive home; see a pooping horse along the way.

    :D

What's your prediction for the game this afternoon frequent?

It's just the walkway to that ride that is shut until Tuesday. The ride is shut too. The rest of the park is open as normal. I think the accident happened on Thurday. However I do not for a second believe she fell 30 foot. I think the newspaper headline makes it sound a lot worse. I think it is more 10-15 foot.

Cheers. I'm just glad to have someone on here to share local finds with. The looks I get from shoppers when I tell them something is 1p!! You'd think I had just slapped them in the face with a fish!

Do you know any other Elite in our neck of the woods?

Don't know of many, mainly Darroch (haven't seen him on here for a while now) and a few others who pop up every now and again. There are loads of lurkers though, just watch the shelves empty magically after something's posted on here
