Well I'm not trying to do any diet as such. I'm a little overweight at 15st and 6ft tall but not massively. My meals are a little big and tend to be all late in the day so just trying to eat more frequently and less and watching what I eat with a bias toward cutting my cholesterol. Beef of course is full of cholesterol so tonights dinner isnt quite as healthy as it could be!

Drinking less too and trying to eat more fruit.

Moving in the right direction though.....defo a work in progress though!

My big success though is cheese....I LOVE cheese but not eaten a block of cheese in almost a month now. :)

hi FK, i never knew we had so much in common. i am a 6 footer too. i still eat cheese though. i try to move around as much at work as possible because i know this is burning calories.

  • Good morning peeps!

Delighted to get lots of salad bits, coleslaw etc for 10p yesterday, didn't think my local ever properly reduced so that made me very happy!:D

Spotted the mags, used the meat voucher and after some reading lovely s/a put all 4 through as n/s.:T

No Chicago meal deals here as both local t's haven't had garlic brad in, but managed lots of 3 for 5 so v pleased.

    Have a great day all:)
