    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Just been to T's :cool: (and A's whoopsies on the way ;))

    Got a pretty good shop I would say! :p

    3 ben & jerry's meals
    6 value pizzas
    £12 (before multibuys) of biscuits
    A bottle of orangeade
    2 bottles of Robinsons squash
    2 6p Value custard sachets
    + free cool bag (no extra discount, just took £1 off)

    Sub = £33
    Total = £27.xx
    Minus 6 pizza price flops + 3 biscuit price flops + £15.xx JTD
    = 11p to pay :rotfl:

    JTD should be around £15

    Then whoopsie shop;

    3 x chilli con carne takeaway pizzas
    3 x thin crust ham + mushroom
    Finest potato salad
    Chicken and bacon s/w filler

    = £9.12
    - 6 pizza price flops
    =12p :D

    Got home and my neighbour was in the garden chatting to Mum so I gave her 2 of the chilli pizzas before getting the 3rd out of the packaging to save space ;) and :eek: mould in the centre!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They were already whoopsied with tomorrow's date, they're not even today's date!! :eek: So the chickens will be having a splendidly spicy brekkie! :rotfl:

    Still it means there's more room for tomorrow ;);):rotfl:

    A's whoopsies were pretty good. Got some gorgeous bright pink gerberas and white lilies for 20p, sandwiches, Activia multipack yoghurts and french fancies all for 80p :T

    So my daily total spend is £1.03....pretty good I reckon ;):beer:

    Here's a close up of my sausage :eek: (just so you know what you're looking for):

    Just some info. for you.....the sausages are found in the cooked meats aisle, but their exact location can vary. One store I visited had them next to the other MAMW products and another had them next to the value ham.

    Also, just a warning, trouts don't like it when you buy this product and pay zilch for them. :cool: Even the young SA lads seem to have a problem with scanning these coupons; they're usually fearless when it comes to scanning coupons. :rotfl:

    The problem is that the coupons don't scan properly; a message comes up that 'the correct amount has not been spent' or something along those lines.

    It's important that you remain cool, calm and collected. :cool: And be polite. :A

    I had a few problems trying to redeem the coupons but if you follow these points then you should be ok.

    1. Warn the SA beforehand that you have coupons for the item in question and that the coupon states 'one per transaction'; ask what they would like you to do. At this point, follow the SA's advice i.e. put them through separately or all in one go.

    2. If you do put the items through in one go without warning the SA and the SA, senior supervisor or trout refuses to accept the coupon as it says 'one per transaction'....ask them politely to cancel the whole transaction and put the items through separately. :D

    3. If the SA is struggling to scan the coupon, give them a gentle reminder that they they can manually enter an unbranded coupon. ;)

    4. If they still refuse to accept the coupons, despite the above, talk to them in a calm and gentle manner (even if you're against the trout of all trouts :D). Read out the Ts and Cs of the coupon and emphasise that it does not say 1 per customer, it only says 1 per transaction. Also remind them that the coupon entitles you to £1 off ANY MAMW product and that there is no minimum spend. You should at this point, get your sausages. :D

    5. Failing the above, please think whether all this hassle is worth getting a few sausages. You will, more than likely, have had your cards marked at this point in the store that you're in. Is it worth the risk for any future DTD golden opportunities? Or that amazing glitch?

    I guess the above advice is aimed at novices when it comes to couponing....so sorry to the regulars who think that this is all common sense.

    :cool:

    Off to watch the F1 practice now.

    :)

    .......and if all that fails, beat them to death with your sausage! :rotfl:

    Not sure if this has been posted already but if you have McCains coupons, they work on the 'Smilies' which are half price at 65p, so only 15p to pay.
    A bargain is something you don't need at a price you can't resist

    :)

    :D

    I use the Mattesson smoked sausage like this to make my Mum's 1960's curry we had when we were young :o

    It involves fried onions, chopped up smoked sausage, lots of sultanas, a chopped up apple, Oxo cube & curry powder & ........ a boiled egg :T
    and it is yummy :D

    I know it's a deal in itself, but have a look at the OP's receipt and the amount they've been charged on their card. I've posted a comment and PMed the OP.

    Sorry if this has been posted but am just catching up.

    Is this the blanket Miss Laid found a couple of weeks ago?

    hi all hope everyone is well
    popped out to get some paint tonight was passing tescos so rude not to go in:rotfl::rotfl:
    wanted b and j meal as got my jtd back on last ones but no garlic bread asked at cs kept waiting for 15 mins as no one would come from frozen department computer said 44 in stock but assistant said none:eek: lovely lady on cs apologised for keeping us then gave me and mum one of the freezer bags to make up for it :T

    then putting some 6 whoopsie meat 2 boxes cereal 8 packs of biscuits and 16 pints milk through with 4 value pizza the young lad was on the last coupon and stopped (here we go i thought)
    But he said quick grab somthing for 50p as this coupon willtake you to a minus amount so nicked biscuits from mum total to pay 14p:T
    got shopping for ds1 and dd1 so they both had 6 pizzas each and biscuits for their familys so very happy...
