opted out of SERPS, can't remember who with

Hello all,
I opted out of SERPS about 15 years ago.
Now the problem is, way back then, when I was young, wild and uterley stupid I did not pay much attention to boring old financial matters and I can't for the life of me remember which company I did it with.
As I now wish to check the performance and costs I obviously need to get in touch with them...
Has anyone any idea how I can find out which company I opted out with?
