Lloydstsb Olympic Ticket Win Help Needed

Hi,
I'm hoping someone on here can help me. I've won tickets with Lloydstsb to the Olympics, I've been trying to email them on the email they provided but it keeps bouncing back. I've rung up & been passed from pillow to post & still havent actually spoken to anyone. I'm getting so frustrated i could scream. Has anyone else won with the correct email ?

Just thought.. could it be 'retail' instead of 'etail' ?

I'd also try it as 'email' (but I think retail is probably right!)
