Anyone seen jam sugar with added pectin going cheap?

This is about £1.99 a kilo in all the main supermarkets:eek:. A couple of years ago I was buying it for about 70p in Asda. Last year it was about £1.35. Anyone seen it cheaper than £1.98 (Asda)? Had a look on Amazon and thought I'd found a bargain on what I thought was 10kg for £6.29, almost bought it and just in time realised it was for 1kg! Derrr!

in all my years of making jam, I have never added pectin other than what is already in the fruit and I have never received any complaints about my jam, quite the opposite
