Reclaiming Catalogue Charges

Hi all.....
After finally receiving my SAR from Shop direct I now know I have over £300 in unlawful charges to claim....
I am trying to reclaim these to try and get my default knocked off as I never received notice and my default amount was £120....
I now need to know how to reclaim as all the guides on here are for PPI, credit cards etc so unsure if catalogues are different....
how much interest do I add on too?
Any help greatly appreciated

You can just use the credit card "charges" template and just change the relevant parts.
I would be very careful, you seem to be going in very forceful, have you tried asking nicely first.
Remember the charges of £12.00 are a guide and they do not have to meet this amount and they can charge more.
If they prove that they sent you the default notice then you must try to prove not. I think you will end up at this FOS with this part as they don't often budge.
If you were to go to court and win, you would be entitled to add 8% interest (not compounded) on top of your claim, from the date you were ‘first deprived’ of the money (ie the date of each charge). REMEMBER if you don't go to court they don't have to give you this.
