My ex and I split 4 years ago, and I've been paying the mortgage ever since, it's a joint mortgage, I'd like to get her removed and my new partner put on, only I have no idea where my ex is, and cannot get in contact with her. What can I do???

As far as getting your new partnetrs name on the mortgage....go thru a solicitor.
Presumably your ex would still have a claim/equity to the property ? ...despite you not being able to trace her.
don't take this the wrong way...but maybe don't be in any haste to get your new partners name on the mortgage , just in case it goes pear-shaped (hope it doesn't).Am the proud holder of an Honours Degree

When we split she signed a piece of paper saying she relinquished all right to the property because I paid her a lump sum0
