Paying debt with Moorcroft but company still charging me aswell?

Hi everyone.
I had a mobile contract with Virgin.
I got into financial difficulty and Virgin cancelled my contract and billed me my remaining 8 months. This totaled just over £125. (I have the letter as proof)

I set up a payment plan and paid the odd £25 something pence. Then agreed to pay £25 per month.

I have paid this on time every month so I now only owe £50.

For the last 3 months I have still been getting my email through from Virgin saying my bill is available to view online.

I thought it was just automatic, until I checked yesterday.
I have the letter saying they have cancelled my contract, yet according to my online billing I owe £130!!!

So they are still charging me per month even though the sim card went in the bin when they cancelled my contract!

I emailed them but Ive not heard anything back.
Any ideas what to do?

I have almost cleared this, now its back up again!

Best thing to do is phone Virgin directly, email enquires are often overlooked or given low priority in some large companies,
