Cheapest way to get Sky as a new customer?

Where can I get the best deal on the top sky package as a new customer to sky. I can't order through quidco because I live in a block of apartments but I think its a communal dish so I don't need to have a dish installed.
Can I haggle at the sky stands or is there any other way of getting it cheaper than £43.50? Thanks in advance for any advice.
Oh and I can only get sky because the apartments only do BT and no cable.
