I should have 10% deposit later this year, but Im in London. Not sure if I qualify for shared ownership or keyworker, but I will keep saving and see.0

10% will be tough - although depending upon who your core bank account is with - this may bring a couple more opportunities...

Woolwich or Halifax, although there are anticipated changes to the Halifax system which will synergise with Lloyds and therefore render that a waste of time.
Natwest show love to core clients, but I am not sure that love extends to 90% LTV
Definitely not Santander, HSBC or First Direct.
Not sure how some of the smaller entities treat core clients, thinking Leeds, Ipswich, Saffron etc...
I think Woolwich may be the best offering, but you genuinely cannot beat saving the biggest deposit you can possibly save....
