Tesco's refund

What does it take to get Tesco Direct to action a refund ?
After 6 weeks and numerous communications they have still not refunded my cc after failing to supply an item.
Given the time involved they are in breach of the distance selling regs in regard to refunds.
The amount involved is not massively significant but the total lack of customer service is something i find very annoying :mad:

Poor customer service is only to be expected when you deal with Tesco. At this point I'd be notifying the Credit Card issuer of the problem as they are jointly liable under section 75 of the consumer credit act.0
