If a man and a woman takes a mortgage out the woman leaves, the man re marry's, the new wife is now helping out with the mortgage where do's she stand or can they pay of the first mortgage person. Thank You.:exclamati

If it is acceptable to the lender, and all three parties involved ( husband and both wives) wife two can replace wife one on the mortgage.
