Capquest has lost my information

Hi
Have been in a DMP for about 3 years and arranged settlements (touch wood) :beer:with all creditors apart from Natwest who are claiming they have passed my debt to Capquest. I've been paying RBS/Natwest via Payplan for the last three years but Capquest are refusing to negotiate a settlement or set out how they have reached the conclusion on what they think I owe, as they are saying they can't find the paperwork.:eek: Payplan has been great in helping so far, but they seem to be at a dead end and are suggesting I contact Capquest to sort it out.
I don't know what to do!! I have statements for the loan but am unsure
1) who i should be paying
2) how much I should be paying
3) how to have a sensible discussion with Capquest, when they don't seem to know what they're talking about!
Any help/ thoughts appreciated

If you have had a notice of assignment write to Capquest, otherwise write to Natwest
Dear {Natwest,Capquest}
In response to my recent query in respect of <account>, Capquest were unable to advise <list of questions> and you stated that this was due to paperwork being lost.
In view of the stated reason for not addressing my questions, I propose to cease payment on this account until such time as you have paperwork in place to answer my reasonable questions.
Yours sincerely

There is a certain amount of risk of annoying them - but until they have paperwork, they won't get very far if they decide to take it to court, so it should wake them upHi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
