Chicken tikka help please?

I've looked and could not find it so apologies if it's here somewhere and I've missed it -

I'm trying to find an easy marinating recipe for chicken tikka - not the sauce version that you have with rice etc... - just a way to flavour chicken pieces for skewering kebabb style.

many thanks

If you feel lazy (as I sometimes do) I can recommend Asdas Tikka seasoning (in the herbs & spices section) mix a couple of spoonfuls with half a tub of value yogurt and marinade for at least an hour or 2 - makes tender juicy chicken fried, grilled or barbecued. I also really, really like their tandoori seasoning too.
A waist is a terrible thing to mind.

I second that, any kind of tikka curry sauce mixed with value yoghurt does the job for us. I have even been known just to do it with normal mild/medium curry powder and yoghurt if thats all I have.

    Hope that helps.
